灯塔专业版联合淘票票22日推出的“2020影院复工报告”显示，自7月20日影院复工至9月20日，60天内共1.5亿人次走进影院，创下逾54亿元票房。

报告显示，《八佰》（29亿元）和《我在时间尽头等你》（5亿元）等国产电影热度超过《信条》和《花木兰》等进口片，推动国内电影市场回暖。其中，《八佰》票房跻身中国电影历史票房榜前十，并且登顶2020年度票房的全球冠军。

A total of 150 million visits were made by Chinese moviegoers since the cinemas reopened on July 20, with the total box office of 5.4 billion yuan (800 million U.S. dollars), according to a report released on Tuesday.

The report, jointly issued by film analytics platform Dengta and online booking platform Taopiaopiao of the Alibaba Pictures, shows that domestic films such as "The Eight Hundred" and "Love You Forever" contributed more to the box office earnings compared to the imported films such as "Tenet" and "Mulan."

The two films made 2.9 billion yuan and 500 million yuan, respectively, which helped drive the market out of the lockdown setback. The former has made into the top 10 charts of all-time box office earnings in the Chinese cinematic history, and is also dominating the global box office.

除了票房表现之外，报告还对购票用户进行了数据分析。报告显示，“95后”成为复工后的观影主力军，观影比例达33%，在午夜场观众中占比超三成，超过其他年龄群体。

此外，该报告还揭示出一些后疫情时期的影院“新常态”，比如群体性观影行为(单次购票三张以上)比例较2019年下降了6%。

The report said the generation born after 1995 comprise the main chunk of moviegoers, accounting for 33 percent of all. The post-95 generation enjoys midnight films more than other generations, and they bought more than 30 percent of the midnight tickets.

The report also showed that collective film-watching is 6 percent lower than last year's figure with the pandemic containment measures in place.

"Leap" was one of seven major films set for release in January, around the Chinese New Year, but which were shelved due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

Directed by Peter Ho-sun Chan and starring A-list actress Gong Li as legendary volleyball coach Lang Ping, the movie recounts the story of the Chinese women's national volleyball team, depicting their endeavors over generations to win glory for the country, as well as the difficulties they've faced over time.

Chan has admitted that it was difficult to direct sports-themed movies as they usually require high professional knowledge and physical fitness on the cast's side.
